Stunning views but a few hiccups

The sunrise from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell upon arrival, and the restaurant often remained closed, which was disappointing.

the kids loved the pool! The staff were accommodating, but the restaurant didn’t open for lunch. Overall, we had a good stay, though the room could benefit from more amenities.

Prompt repair service for maintenance issues.

The room was musty and uncomfortable upon arrival. Although we aired it out, it still felt uninviting. The restaurant was never open, and the wifi connection was frustratingly spotty. Be prepared for a strenuous hike up and down to reach amenities.

during my stay, I truly appreciated the nice room with a comfy bed and a great view. The convenience of being just a short stroll from beautiful San Agustinillo beach and Playa La Ventanilla, which were perfect for my city walks and beach time.

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool with stunning views and even enjoyed some yoga sessions. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers really made our stay extra special. The room had a bit of a musty smell at first, but opening the door helped freshen it up by the next night. 😊

Charming family room, delightful restaurant, with a great view on the ocean and only a 3-minute walk to the beach where our kids enjoyed the pool a lot.

We had a fantastic time at this charming spot! The pool was perfect for our two little kids, and we loved the easy access to the nearby beach. The friendly staff even arranged a horse riding trip for us, which was a memorable experience as a family.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use some upgrades.

The homemade pastries served for breakfast were a delightful treat, and the on-site pool provided a fantastic way for our kids to unwind. The welcoming staff ensured our stay was enjoyable. however, the restaurant's limited hours in the afternoons were a bit inconvenient, and the simplicity of the family room could have used some updates.
